Singing and dancing will be permitted in all venues across the state, except music festivals until it resumes on February 25. From Friday, February 25, masks will only be mandated on public transport, trains, airports, hospitals, aged and disability care facilities, correction facilities, and indoor music festivals with more than 1,000 people.
